LVMH in Paris seeks a Senior Purchasing Excellence Manager to lead procurement transformation, processes and e‑procurement adoption across the Group.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive a Group-level Purchasing Excellence strategy across the Maisons, creating common processes, methods and governance to elevate procurement maturity.
- Lead the deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of e‑procurement tools and purchasing systems (spend control, supplier onboarding, contract follow-up) across decentralized entities.
- Build and monitor procurement performance frameworks and KPIs (savings, tool adoption, contract compliance) and produce actionable dashboards to steer improvement.
- Design and deliver capability-building programmes (Purchasing Academy), workshops and best-practice exchanges to raise skills across Maison procurement teams.
- Coordinate centralised negotiations and sourcing optimisation for strategic suppliers of tools and services while supporting local teams in supplier relationship management.
- Sponsor and accompany change initiatives linked to procurement transformation, including stakeholder engagement with IT, regional teams and Holding functions.
- Line-manage and develop direct reports; animate the network of Purchasing Excellence correspondents across the Group.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master’s / Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or equivalent university diploma with a specialization in procurement or supply chain.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in indirect procurement within a large international and/or decentralized organisation, with significant exposure to group-level programmes.
- Proven track record in procurement transformation, change management and rollout of e‑procurement systems.
- Strong project management, negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities, with experience working across regions (Europe, USA, Asia).
- Fluent English is mandatory; ability to influence and operate in cross-cultural environments.

At least 15 years of progressive responsibility in indirect procurement within a major international group or in a decentralized multi‑brand environment, including leadership of transformation programmes and cross‑functional initiatives.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) — business school, engineering school or equivalent with procurement/supply chain specialization.
