Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily, weekly, and seasonal merchandising support.
- Update and monitor sales performance and stock delivery.
- Complete routine reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Perform business analysis with the manager to develop action plans to achieve financial targets.
- Collect feedback from stores to headquarters.
- Monitor merchandise distribution and execute consolidation and transfers within the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for events such as product transfers and customer orders.
- Assist the merchandising team in daily operations.
- Provide seasonal assortment plans and line sheets.
- Support events and markdowns, including logistics and stock returns.
- Upload pricing events for product launches and markdowns.
- Prepare and conduct seasonal product training.
- Conduct market trends and competitor research.
- Handle product quality issues and liaise with relevant teams for services.
Qualifications
- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- High degree of work commitment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
