LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, Chiyoda-Ku: Senior Manager, Front Office & Retail Information Systems leading Digital and Retail technology strategy in Japan.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the trusted senior technology partner to the Digital/Omnichannel VP, Retail Sales Head and Maison leadership, translating Digital and Retail priorities into a prioritized Front Office & Retail roadmap
  • Lead local Digital and CRM initiatives around the LINE platform and social-commerce capabilities, translating Japan business needs into technology solutions and coordinating with Regional and Central teams
  • Ensure operational monitoring and service continuity of Retail technology across 295 POS, including directly operated boutiques, covering POS systems, store applications, Retail digital tools and department-store interfaces
  • Lead local Front Office & Retail projects and contribute to Regional solution rollouts, managing scope, requirements, fit-gap analysis, UAT, go-live and stabilization
  • Own application service quality and coordinate the multi-tiered support model across Regional Service Desk, application teams, proximity vendors and Infrastructure teams, ensuring formal ticketing, incident monitoring and KPI management
  • Lead managers, project managers, specialists and external resources, setting clear accountability, priorities and development objectives while managing vendor SLA/KPI performance
  • Drive an integrated Omni-Retail and CRM approach, connecting E-commerce, CRM/Clienteling, LINE and physical Retail to deliver coherent customer journeys

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of relevant technology experience, including several years of meaningful team or managerial responsibility
  • Strong Digital/E-commerce and CRM/Clienteling experience, including practical experience with the LINE ecosystem or comparable messaging/social-commerce platforms, combined with meaningful Retail/POS/omnichannel exposure
  • Proven delivery of complex technology projects, platform rollouts and transformation initiatives
  • Strong business-partnering experience with senior Digital, Retail Sales and Maison stakeholders, translating commercial and operational priorities into technology roadmaps
  • Experience working with Regional/Global technology teams and external vendors or service providers, including service governance
  • Luxury, Beauty, Fashion, Retail or consumer-sector experience highly desirable

Experience

Minimum 8–12 years of relevant technology experience with several years of meaningful team or managerial responsibility. Strong background in Digital/E-commerce, CRM/Clienteling and Retail/POS technology, with proven success delivering complex technology projects and platform rollouts. Demonstrated business-partnering experience with senior stakeholders in translating commercial priorities into technology roadmaps. Experience managing Regional/Global technology teams and external vendors, with expertise in service governance and multi-tiered support models.

Education

Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
