LVMH Beauty, New York: Senior Manager, Distribution Planning role managing North America D2C supply chain and inventory optimization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute distribution and replenishment strategies that align business objectives with supply chain execution, ensuring optimal product availability and service levels across the North America network
  • Manage replenishment flows between central and satellite warehouses while balancing service objectives, inventory productivity and operational constraints
  • Monitor inventory health across the network and drive actions to optimize stock levels, reduce excess inventory and mitigate obsolescence risks
  • Lead inventory reviews with operational teams and external partners, recommending corrective actions based on business performance
  • Monitor and review key distribution and inventory KPIs, ensuring stakeholder alignment around priorities, risks and action plans
  • Act as a trusted business partner to commercial and operational teams, translating operational performance into actionable recommendations through data-driven analysis
  • Facilitate alignment across Planning, Logistics, Distribution Center Operations, Web Operations, Retail and E-Commerce teams
  • Support the development and structuring of the Distribution Planning function and identify opportunities for simplification, automation and standardization
  • Participate in strategic projects linked to network evolution, business expansion and future brand integration
  • Manage and develop one Distribution Planner

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Distribution Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization or similar supply chain discipline
  • Experience within the luxury or cosmetics industry is a significant advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong data manipulation capabilities
  • Familiarity with Power BI, ERP systems and dedicated planning solutions
  • Proven project management and organizational skills

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 125,000 to USD 165,000 per annum.
