Senior Key Account Manager at LVMH Fragrance Brands in Düsseldorf, Germany. Drive Givenchy and Kenzo growth across German trade partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute customer-specific business plans to achieve sell-in, sell-out, merchandising, and performance targets
- Translate national sales strategy into brand-specific measures, from central negotiations to successful point-of-sale execution
- Prepare and conduct annual negotiations and regular review meetings with key trade partners
- Continuously analyze KPIs, customer performance, and market potential to identify growth opportunities and define appropriate measures
- Maintain close, trustworthy relationships with customers and coordinate all brand and customer-related activities as central liaison
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders in key account management, marketing, merchandising, and training to ensure comprehensive market coverage
- Lead and develop a Key Account Manager and Business Analyst reporting to this position
- Design and implement innovative brand activations and merchandising approaches with partners to strengthen brand presence and quality of in-store brand representation
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally in cosmetics, luxury, or FMCG sectors
- Proven experience in a comparable position with direct customer responsibility and sales target management
- Strong understanding of FMCG markets; department store experience is advantageous
- Pronounced leadership and influencing skills with ability to develop and implement compelling vision
- Analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset combined with high results orientation
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities with strong rapport-building skills
- Fluent German and English; French is a plus
- Passion for luxury, beauty, and current retail trends

Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales or key account management experience, ideally within cosmetics, luxury goods, or fast-moving consumer goods sectors, with demonstrated success in customer-facing roles and sales target achievement.
Education
Completed degree in business administration, business management, or equivalent professional qualification.
