LVMH — Senior Internal Auditor (Paris): lead international, risk-based audits across retail, finance, ESG and IT. On-site role with ~30% travel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute risk-based internal audit engagements across the Group’s entities, independently and as part of international audit teams.
- Evaluate governance, risk management and internal control frameworks across retail & operations, finance, compliance & ethics, ESG and IT / cybersecurity domains.
- Design audit programmes, define test strategies and select representative samples to validate controls and expose process weaknesses.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative evidence, leveraging data analytics and tools (e.g., Power BI) where appropriate to support findings.
- Draft clear, actionable audit reports and present recommendations to stakeholders; follow up on remediation actions and share best practices between Maisons.
- Operate with significant autonomy, rapidly assimilate new business environments and contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent from a business school, engineering school or comparable institution.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years’ professional experience in internal audit, external audit, management consulting or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and internal control frameworks.
- Proven ability to plan and carry out audits autonomously in international, cross-functional contexts.
- Fluent English (required); French preferred; Italian or Chinese is a plus.

5–8 years of experience in audit, consulting, or equivalent roles with exposure to financial, operational and IT/cybersecurity audits in international organisations.
Education
Master’s degree or equivalent (business school, engineering school or comparable qualification).
