Senior HR Business Partner at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, Dubai – Lead HR operations and organizational strategy for a luxury beauty maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business goals into actionable, ground-level people strategies.
- Partner closely with department heads on workforce planning, talent management, and succession execution within a complex matrix structure.
- Lead comprehensive organizational design initiatives, analyzing current structures and evaluating their impacts on operational efficiency and culture.
- Execute targeted job re-designs and apply strategic foresight to future-proof the workforce, aligning team configurations with evolving business models and market dynamics.
- Partner with the Talent Experience team to identify talent gaps, design targeted recruitment strategies, and attract top-tier talent.
- Implement employee development programs and coach managers to cultivate continuous learning and high-performing teams.
- Champion an inclusive, high-engagement workplace culture rooted in the core values of LVMH Beauty.
- Navigate complex employee relations with agility, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset, managing conflict, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive the end-to-end performance management cycle, anchoring accountability, transparent feedback, and individualized development plans.
- Support brand and division change initiatives, ensuring smooth operational transitions and clear communication.
- Leverage HR metrics, workforce analytics, and dashboards alongside Centers of Excellence teams to track KPIs, uncover trends, and drive data-backed decision-making.
- Oversee and fully manage brand-level people costs and the complete HR budget with financial rigor.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and collaborate with HQ on diversity, equity, inclusion and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least 7 solid years operating as an HR Business Partner within luxury retail, beauty, fashion, or fast-paced multinational corporations
- Proven expertise in designing organizational structures, assessing structural impacts, executing job re-designs, and applying strategic foresight to workforce evolution
- Demonstrated ability to navigate, influence, and manage the operational complexities and multi-layered stakeholder dynamics of a matrix organization
- Highly operational with a broad tactical scope and strong analytical mindset to leverage data and numbers for decision-making
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are advantageous.
