LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks Senior Fragrance Product Manager for Givenchy in Levallois Perret, France. Lead fragrance portfolio development with team oversight.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a development strategy for multiple Givenchy fragrance franchises in collaboration with the Fragrance Axis Director
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three marketing and product development professionals
  • Supervise product creation from brief conception through operations, ensuring alignment with Givenchy's innovation and disruption ethos
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts internally and externally to drive franchise development and team engagement
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and validate performance trajectories
  • Collaborate with regional markets to monitor trends and adapt 360-degree launches to localized requirements
