Senior Financial Analyst position at luxury fashion group regional hub in Shanghai. FP&A role with budget, forecasting, and reporting responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive budgets covering sales, margins, expenses, balance sheet, and cash flow projections
- Coordinate monthly financial close processes with accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct detailed financial variance analysis and provide insightful commentary against historical performance and forecasts
- Monitor and track operational costs through periodic reporting and performance metrics
- Partner with all departments and supporting functions to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
- Prepare executive management reports and presentations with strategic insights
- Oversee lease contract management, coordinating with legal, accounting, retail, and project teams to ensure compliance and favorable terms
- Execute ad-hoc financial initiatives including investment planning and stock evaluation as assigned
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–8 years of direct experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Demonstrated expertise in the retail, FMCG, or fashion industry
- Strong analytical and business acumen with ability to synthesize complex financial data
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management capabilities

3–8 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis within retail, FMCG, or fashion industries. Proven track record of delivering accurate financial reporting, managing complex budgeting processes, and supporting senior management decision-making.
Education
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
