Senior Accountant, Treasury position in Shanghai for a luxury fashion group, managing payments, cross-border transfers, and cash flow operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily payment and bank transfer operations with precision, ensuring all transactions are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Lead domestic and cross-border receipt and payment processing, coordinating with financial institutions to establish accounts and resolve operational issues in cross-border payments
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with banks and financial institutions to facilitate smooth execution of treasury-related business activities
- Manage POS terminal systems to ensure stable operation and coordinate transaction data reconciliation
- Oversee the daily management, information updates, and annual compliance reviews of all business licenses to maintain valid regulatory status
- Participate in cash flow management, rolling forecasting, and treasury data analysis; prepare cash position statements to support capital allocation and operational decisions
- Provide treasury documentation for internal and external audits; collaborate on the implementation and optimization of treasury management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- More than 6 years of experience in corporate treasury management or financial accounting
- Practical experience in cross-border payment operations and bank liaison
- Proficiency with mainstream financial software platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of cross-border payment business processes and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail

Experience
More than 6 years of corporate treasury management or financial accounting experience, with demonstrated expertise in cross-border payment execution and bank coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional accounting certification is preferred.
