LVMH Fashion Group Japan hiring Senior Accountant (AR) in Tokyo. Lead accounts receivable operations for luxury Maisons with 5+ years retail accounting experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute accounts receivable tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness across designated Maisons
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize order-to-cash and accounts receivable processes
- Analyze existing order-to-cash and AR processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Lead project tasks and initiatives related to financial processes and operational enhancement
- Maintain, evaluate, and propose improvements to accounting procedures and internal documentation
- Support implementation of new internal controls and compliance requirements
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a collaborative and continuously improving environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- More than 5 years of accounting experience in foreign retail companies, with expertise in accounts receivable
- Nissho Bookkeeping 1st grade certification or equivalent experience
- Experience in the retail or luxury goods industry
