LVMH Fashion Group Japan hiring Senior Accountant (Accounts Receivable) in Tokyo with 5+ years retail experience and fluent English/Japanese.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute accounts receivable tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness across designated Maisons
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize order-to-cash and accounts receivable processes
- Proactively analyze existing order-to-cash and accounts receivable workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Lead and contribute to project tasks and initiatives related to financial process enhancement
- Exhibit foresight and initiative to ensure successful project completion and operational integration
- Maintain, evaluate, and proactively suggest improvements to accounting procedures and documentation
- Support and facilitate the implementation of new internal controls as required by the organization
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a collaborative and continuously improving work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- More than 5 years of accounting experience in foreign retail companies, particularly in accounts receivable
- Nissho Bookkeeping 1st grade or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in the retail industry
- Proven track record of process optimization and financial control improvement

More than 5 years of accounting experience in foreign retail companies, with specialization in accounts receivable. Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple luxury Maisons and international retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
