Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in business workshops and support the collection of inputs for workshop preparation.
• Bridge business teams and the system integrator by helping translate complex business requirements.
• Support the definition of organizational data structures, including plants, sales organizations, and cost centers, and establish golden rules.
• Help the business understand the SAP S/4HANA solution, end-to-end processes, and S/4 PCE WRICEF targets.
• Challenge the system integrator during design to promote an optimal solution architecture and validate target business processes.
• Prepare test data for system and solution demonstrations.
• Participate in integration workshops, validate integration designs, and support SAP interface requirements definition, covering business logic, field mapping, transformation rules, routing principles, and target interface mappings.
• Validate the overall data migration scope, strategy, methods, and tools.
• Define, review, and validate interface business logic, source-to-target mappings, transformation and routing rules, and error-handling requirements for application and SAP S/4 interfaces on mediation layers.
• Participate in integration design reviews and support end-to-end interface testing across applications and S/4 PCE before UAT.
• Prepare applications and systems for test data alignment; support the business in writing test cases; execute and validate integration tests; and validate the scope of automated tests, including test cases, APIs, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Design, develop, and test extractors and mapping tools for target migration templates.
• Define and validate mapping rules, data-cleansing procedures, and data-quality checks.
• Execute iterative data extraction from source systems and validate migration results for unit and integration testing.
• Support the business in validating data migration outputs.
• Assist with change-management training on SAP S/4 PCE led by external partners and support Key Users during end-user training.
• Contribute to the definition and execution of comprehensive testing plans.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience, including 2–3 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing SAP S/4HANA, preferably Public Cloud Edition.
• Strong functional knowledge of core SAP FI/CO modules and organizational data definition, with a basic understanding of MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Demonstrated SAP interface management experience, including business logic definition, source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, middleware or mediation mapping, error handling, and end-to-end interface testing.
• Solid background in SAP data migration methodologies, extraction tools, data quality, and cleansing governance.
• Experience in test management, including writing test cases, validating automated testing, and execution across integrated environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO architecture, cross-module integration, financial close cockpit, and statutory and management reporting requirements.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates, or a related S/4HANA Finance certification, preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, CDS views, and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge business teams and external system integrators.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent cross-functional communication skills, and the ability to connect business finance needs with technical configurations.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 125,000 to USD 150,000 per annum.
