Sales Operation Intern at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Shanghai, supporting retail operations, data management, and store coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and coordinate store project materials from retail field teams, compiling documentation for operational analysis
- Process monthly store expense data and maintain up-to-date summary reports
- Generate monthly presale overdue reports and assist with return data collection and analysis
- Support special projects including information gathering and PowerPoint presentation preparation
- Track monthly tester replenishment processes and collect action plans from counters to address non-salable inventory
- Consolidate monthly LINK sample and gift planning data alongside disposable item orders
- Work with regional sales assistants to gather feedback and communicate operational updates to field teams
- Maintain and standardize store stock management processes in accordance with internal storage guidelines
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree programme
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational and data management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese

No prior professional experience required; familiarity with retail or operational environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; university student or recent graduate preferred.
