Pucci Sales Consultant (Full-time) in London — client-focused luxury retail role on Sloane Street for experienced sales professionals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador on Sloane Street, embodying the Pucci image and brand DNA in appearance, conduct and customer interactions.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey from welcome to sale, building and maintaining a loyal client book through proactive relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by recommending complementary product solutions and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge of RTW and leather goods.
- Capture and update client data in the CRM to support clienteling and future sales activity.
- Support visual merchandising standards within the store, ensuring windows and floor sets reflect brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately and professionally, adhering to company policies and cash/reconciliation procedures.
- Contribute to stock control, inventory management and loss-prevention measures.
- Keep abreast of fashion trends and product launches to advise clients authoritatively and drive commercial performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury or high-fashion retail sales, preferably with RTW and leather goods exposure.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing environment.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Impeccable personal presentation and the ability to represent Pucci’s aesthetic and standards.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and basic commercial reporting.
- Customer-focused ethos with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Minimum three years of sales experience within a luxury, high-fashion or premium retail environment, with demonstrable success in RTW and leather goods sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualifications or training in retail, fashion or luxury sales are desirable.
