Kenzo is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant for its Bicester store, working 22 hours per week on a permanent basis. The role focuses on delivering an excellent client journey, building lasting client relationships and supporting sales, stock management and store standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients to the store and ensure they feel comfortable.
- Build relationships with clients, help them select suitable products, maintain rapport and provide advice.
- Recommend complementary products targeted to each client and share product knowledge.
- Process sales confidently and professionally while maintaining the client relationship.
- Collect and consolidate client CRM details, develop the client book and ensure personal follow-up.
- Maintain store stock standards and follow visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Kenzo image.
- Meet store behavioural requirements and follow the dress code and appearance guidelines set by the Store Manager.
- Develop product knowledge by keeping up with fashion trends, participating in in-store training, staying informed about product lines and researching relevant product information.
- Support stock control and management.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Kenzo Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
