Kenzo seeks a Sales Consultant in Bicester to deliver an exceptional client journey, develop loyal client relationships and support store sales, productivity and profitability. The permanent, full-time, on-site role also includes clienteling and CRM follow-up, product recommendations, visual merchandising standards and stock support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients to the store and ensure they feel comfortable.
- Greet clients, build relationships, help them select suitable products, maintain rapport and offer advice.
- Recommend complementary products tailored to clients and share product knowledge.
- Process sales confidently and professionally while maintaining client relationships.
- Collect and organize client CRM details, maintain relationships, build the client book and provide personal follow-up.
- Maintain store stock standards and follow visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Kenzo image.
- Meet store behavioural requirements and follow the dress code and appearance guidelines set by the Store Manager.
- Develop product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends, participating in in-store training, learning about all product lines and seeking relevant product information.
- Support stock control and management.
- Build and maintain loyal client relationships to maximize profitability and productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Kenzo brand ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
