Givenchy seeks a Sales Assistant at Ocean Centre, Tsimshatsui. Full-time temporary contract role with 3+ years luxury retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise to clientele
- Maximize sales revenue through strategic cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Process transactions and oversee checkout procedures
- Conduct follow-up communications with existing and prospective customers regarding promotions
- Assist with stock inventory management, stock replenishment, and sales floor maintenance
- Support merchandising operations for new arrivals
- Contribute to in-store promotional events and activations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product display excellence
- Enforce health, safety, and security protocols throughout the boutique
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail or fashion sales experience
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and sales performance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience with point-of-sale systems and retail operations
