LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a Sales & Retail Intern in Brussels for a 6-month program (Jan–July 2027) supporting retail and commercial operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare follow-up files including internal newsletters, competitive assessments, and visibility management
- Manage and monitor CRM systems, including team report follow-ups and planning verification
- Track and manage external freelancer and temporary staff profiles
- Conduct POS evaluation follow-ups through encoding and verification
- Assist the retail coordinator with monthly sales analysis
- Provide field support to Givenchy and Kenzo sales representatives, including KPI monitoring and feedback
- Create integration workbooks, job descriptions, and executive memos as needed
- Develop CRM user guides and provide proposals for departmental improvements
- Assist the marketing department with retail event coordination and material logistics
- Support Key Accounts Managers and retail coordinators with merchandise dispatch and customer communications
- Coordinate the setup and preparation of sales meetings
Qualifications
- Graduate of a business, marketing, or communication school
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch; English proficiency is advantageous
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail and commitment to deadline compliance
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Logical thinking and organizational mindset
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or recent graduate; no prior professional experience required. Familiarity with retail operations, sales support, or business administration is preferred.
Education
Graduate degree or diploma from a business, marketing, or communication school.

This position is based in Brussels, Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium.
