LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks Sales and Administration Executive in Sydney, Australia to manage sales operations, SAP systems, and retailer partnerships for Oceania markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data utilising internal platforms and generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reporting for budget purposes
  • Prepare and track stock order requirements based on market needs and budget alignment, managing inventory levels across Oceania markets
  • Create Purchase Orders in EFU and SAP, ensuring adherence to established processes and accurate invoicing aligned with budgets
  • Coordinate Point of Sale Materials (POSM), uniforms, and incentive orders in compliance with brand guidelines and budgetary constraints
  • Serve as primary point of contact for retailers, managing order tracking, invoice processing, and customer service enquiries
  • Support analysis for Retailer and Key Stakeholder Business Reviews and maintain accurate sales data and reporting systems
  • Contribute to the creation of Marketing, Gift With Purchase (GWP), and Sample Plans for all Oceania markets in support of new launches and promotions
  • Support E-retail platform updates and product catalogue maintenance, including pricing updates and discontinuation communications
  • Assist with event coordination, including Regional Seminars and travel itineraries, and provide ad-hoc support to Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams
  • Maintain warehouse AX files, track forecast consumption (sell-in, sell-out, stock-on-hand data), and generate credit notes for retailers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales operations, sales administration, or business support role
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
  • Experience with SAP or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Strong organisational capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • E-retail platform experience and familiarity with beauty industry trends

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales operations, sales administration, or similar business support functions. Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent qualification. Tertiary education in Business, Commerce, Operations Management, or related disciplines is advantageous.
