LVMH — Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship) in Paris. 24‑month retail apprenticeship with IFCV starting Sept 2026; in‑store and classroom training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clientele in a luxury retail environment, delivering a personalised customer experience.
- Advise customers, identify needs and translate them into commercial opportunities; complete and follow up on sales transactions.
- Develop client relationships to attract and retain a high-value customer base.
- Contribute to stock management, inventory controls and back‑of‑house organisation.
- Participate in visual merchandising and floor standards to reflect brand presentation guidelines.
- Undertake the apprenticeship schedule: typically three days in-store and two days of formal training at the IFCV.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) required.
- Candidate must be seeking an alternance/apprenticeship placement as part of their studies.
- Ideally one prior experience in retail or sales; not mandatory — applications from motivated beginners are encouraged.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and the ability to communicate in English.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for luxury retail, strong client orientation, dynamism, curiosity and responsiveness.

Entry-level — no professional experience required, though a first retail or sales experience is advantageous.
Education
Baccalauréat (high-school diploma). The programme prepares the apprentice to obtain a BTS Management Commercial Opérationnel (MCO) through IFCV and the Institut des Métiers d'Excellence Brevet d'Excellence.
