Role & Responsibilities

• Support the dissemination of the global CSR and Inclusion strategy across the group through preparation of communications and regional implementation oversight
• Assist with group-wide initiatives linked to the CSR and Inclusion agenda, including employee networks such as EllesVMH and Pride Month programming
• Support the organization and execution of communications campaigns in coordination with identified stakeholders
• Contribute to the animation of employee networks and digital platforms across the group
• Conduct strategic and media monitoring on CSR and Inclusion topics
• Contribute to the organization and execution of events with regional partners and associated organizations
• Support the implementation and monitoring of secondary and high school internship placements within the Equal Opportunity programme

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Master's programme (Bac+4/5)
• Strong interest in social issues, particularly diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity
• Fluent English
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High-level interpersonal skills and discretion

Experience

Entry-level experience in CSR, inclusion, or corporate communications is preferred but not required; candidates should demonstrate a genuine commitment to social responsibility and diversity topics.

Education

Enrolled in a Master's programme (Bac+4/5 level) at the time of application.
