Role & Responsibilities
- Support the dissemination of the global CSR & Inclusion strategy across the Group, including preparing materials and communications for regional teams and evaluating their impact.
- Assist with Group initiatives related to the CSR & Inclusion agenda, such as EllesVMH, Pride Month, Inclusion Index, and engagement week.
- Support the organization and execution of communication campaigns with identified stakeholders.
- Aid in the animation of employee networks and digital platforms within the Group.
- Conduct strategic and media monitoring on CSR & Inclusion topics.
- Contribute to the organization and facilitation of events with territories or partner associations.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of student internships as part of the Equal Opportunity program.
- Participate in other departmental projects as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5).
- Strong interest in social issues, particularly Diversity & Inclusion and equal opportunity.
- Rigorous, organized, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and operationally proficient.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in CSR, inclusion, or communication is a plus.

Beginner level experience, with previous exposure to CSR, inclusion, or communication being advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5).
