Fashion Group in Doha seeks a Retail Team Leader to lead sales, clienteling and store operations. Permanent full‑time role in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and model the brand’s sales standards and clienteling approach; act as the primary ambassador for brand image, grooming and uniform policy.
- Drive individual and store sales targets and KPIs through high‑quality client acquisition, retention and relationship management.
- Supervise daily store operations: floor management, opening/closing procedures, stock operations, POS transactions and cycle counts.
- Act as store manager in the manager’s absence, communicating with the team and the regional retail office and ensuring business continuity.
- Coach, onboard and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, selling ceremony, store procedures and performance improvement.
- Maintain and update client records (client books/CRM), schedule follow‑ups and leverage local networks to grow loyalty and repeat business.
- Support visual merchandising standards and assist VM in implementing displays; ensure stockroom organisation and adherence to inventory controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail sales, including supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong clienteling capability with demonstrable experience using CRM and maintaining client books.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; able to mentor sales staff and foster a collaborative team culture.
- High standards of personal presentation and professional conduct consistent with luxury brand expectations.

Minimum five years of progressive retail experience within fashion or luxury, including direct responsibility for sales performance and team supervision; proven success in client acquisition, retention and CRM usage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail, business or a related field preferred.
