LVMH Beauty Iberia internship programme in Madrid: 12-month retail operations and digital commerce roles for final-year students, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of the brand's digital strategy across key online accounts and coordinate online campaigns and product launches
- Manage catalogue updates and visibility plans; analyze retailer performance to identify trends and commercial opportunities
- Manage product content, assortment, and visibility across third-party e-commerce platforms and track KPIs
- Collaborate with digital, commercial, product, and trade teams to optimize e-shelf performance and ensure consistent brand experience
- Conduct sales and KPI analysis, monitor stock levels, and coordinate inventory management
- Support invoicing, reconciliations, and new business openings across the retail network
- Work closely with store teams, area managers, and headquarters to drive operational excellence and performance across points of sale
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to sign a 12-month internship agreement through an official university
- Final-year student status at time of application
- Fluent English language proficiency (C1 level minimum)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, with advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational skills and proactive work ethic

Currently enrolled in final year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
