Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate reports and input weekly and monthly missing data.
- Update monthly counter, cabin, and SEC name lists.
- Consolidate feedback for monthly CRM targets.
- Order quarterly BC trail goods.
- Handle daily contracts and documents, including signing, chopping, and delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the field team.
Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in a related industry.
- Integrity, responsibility, and a passion for beauty.
- Willingness to learn quickly and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written English skills.
- Availability to work 4-5 days per week, with a preferred start date of ASAP.
- Preference for candidates available for more than 6 months.
