Role & Responsibilities

  • Consolidate reports and input weekly and monthly missing data.
  • Update monthly counter, cabin, and SEC name lists.
  • Consolidate feedback for monthly CRM targets.
  • Order quarterly BC trail goods.
  • Handle daily contracts and documents, including signing, chopping, and delivery.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the field team.

Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience in a related industry.
  • Integrity, responsibility, and a passion for beauty.
  • Willingness to learn quickly and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Availability to work 4-5 days per week, with a preferred start date of ASAP.
  • Preference for candidates available for more than 6 months.

Skills

Report consolidation and data entry. List updating and feedback consolidation. Order management and document handling. Administrative support and multitasking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills in English.

Experience

Previous internship experience in a related industry is required.
