Fendi seeks an experienced Retail Manager in Bangkok, Thailand to lead store operations, team development, and sales growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet weekly with store managers to develop systems achieving sales goals and business impact
  • Analyze current business trends and identify improvement opportunities; anticipate obstacles and develop proactive solutions
  • Monitor headcount planning according to business trends and scheduling requirements
  • Monitor market trends and recommend strategic events and promotional initiatives
  • Establish sales and productivity targets for store associates utilizing current market conditions and business performance
  • Develop store management team as role models of Fendi Service behavior standards
  • Train store management team through shared evaluation of individual strengths and development opportunities
  • Communicate merchandising strategies for stock replenishment and balance to drive seasonal sell-through initiatives
  • Identify assortment opportunities and partner with product teams to log customer-requested items
  • Conduct weekly business reviews with product teams to analyze needs and inform inventory strategy
  • Implement and oversee monthly cycle count procedures; ensure all stores comply with counting protocols
  • Conduct weekly reviews of stock adjustments and partner with operations and internal audit on maintenance concerns
  • Partner with store managers to adapt floor presentations based on business trends and Fendi HQ direction
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards maximize sales and reflect corporate guidelines
  • Implement weekly floor walkthroughs with supervisors to review visual merchandising compliance
  • Execute monthly photo documentation for all stores to ensure consistent floor set maintenance
  • Conduct two training sessions monthly per store focusing on product knowledge, newness, and customer service
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for staff (sales, OTO, PKB metrics)
  • Conduct two daily briefings to maintain team alignment and performance focus
  • Review staff performance weekly with store management; share individual PKB and HT goals with entire team each Friday
  • Identify development opportunities and create action plans with consistent coaching and feedback
  • Recognize top team performance and service through quarterly staff-voted awards program
  • Implement weekly one-on-one touchpoints between management and staff to discuss performance and growth opportunities
  • Identify and groom high-potential staff demonstrating exceptional floor behavior, selling skills, and customer service excellence
  • Implement smart scheduling and force ranking of staff to optimize peak day and peak hour coverage

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in retail or luxury sector
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong commercial and customer service mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
  • Ability to generate trust among colleagues and clients
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated result-driven, goal-oriented approach
  • Proven capacity to implement strategic initiatives and demonstrate commercial creativity
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and retail management tools

Experience
