LVMH Fashion Group in Shanghai seeks a Retail Excellence Trainee for a 24-month retail leadership program. Entry-level, bilingual Chinese/English candidates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a 24-month rotational program across flagship stores and regional retail functions to develop operational and leadership capabilities.
- Support day-to-day store operations including clienteling, sales execution, inventory control and adherence to brand standards.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure consistent brand identity and commercial performance.
- Analyze sales KPIs and customer data to identify opportunities for service improvement and revenue growth.
- Lead and deliver short-term projects (store initiatives, campaigns or process improvements) and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Coach and collaborate with store teams to elevate customer experience, service protocols and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Graduates or professionals with up to three years of work experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written); strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Available to commence employment by July 2026 at the latest.
- Demonstrable teamwork, adaptability and a strong appetite for learning and professional development.

Entry-level: recent graduates or candidates with up to three years' professional experience in retail or customer-facing roles; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail is an advantage.
