LVMH Beauty Iberia Retail & Visual Merchandising Intern in Madrid: Support retail operations and visual displays in luxury beauty for 6 months.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily sales tracking and analysis of sales performance and KPIs by store and product line, identifying trends and top-performing items
  • Manage budget and invoicing, including processing invoices and tracking expenses against budget allocations
  • Support inventory planning by defining stock levels and ensuring compliance at the point of sale
  • Assist the Beauty Consultants team with operational tasks and administrative processes
  • Prepare reports and presentations for special projects and periodic sales analysis
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of pop-up stores and promotional displays across points of sale
  • Assist with technical drawings, planograms, prototypes, and renders
  • Participate in the development of conceptual creative designs
  • Manage supplier coordination, including orders, materials, calendars, and project presentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field
  • Spanish and English fluency (minimum C1 level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Availability for incorporation in September
  • Ability to sign an internship agreement with university for a minimum of 6 months

Experience
