LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a Retail & Training Management Intern in Düsseldorf. Support retail operations and training across luxury beauty for 6 months full-time starting September.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Operations Manager in daily business operations and communications with nationwide retail and field teams
- Coordinate and execute training projects spanning digital formats, in-person sessions, and the company's proprietary learning application
- Prepare reports, conduct data analysis, and evaluate KPIs to identify business opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
- Develop and design professional presentations and training materials
- Contribute ideas and participate actively in team projects across retail and training functions
Qualifications
- Minimum of three semesters of relevant university-level study successfully completed
- Prior practical experience in marketing, retail operations, or training environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with structured thinking and numerical aptitude
- Proficiency in presentation design with attention to detail and creative approach
- Fluent English; French language skills advantageous

Beginner-level with at least three completed semesters of relevant academic study and prior internship or entry-level professional experience in marketing, retail, or training.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree program (business, marketing, retail management, or related discipline); minimum three semesters successfully completed.
