LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks Retail & Key Account Management Trainee in Düsseldorf. 12-month graduate program combining strategic retail management and key account support in luxury beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly sell-out reporting and retail data to inform strategic decision-making
- Manage Point of Sale promotion planning and execute retail initiatives across key accounts
- Coordinate with field teams, agencies, retailers, and internal departments (Marketing, Trade, HR) to ensure operational excellence
- Support product launch rollouts, events, CRM initiatives, incentive programs, and consumer activations
- Assist in daily key account management operations and develop relationships with strategic beauty partners
- Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for key stakeholder meetings and strategic planning
- Support preparation of annual reviews, customer meetings, and cross-functional strategic sessions
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Sales
- Proven experience through multiple internships, preferably within luxury and/or beauty sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and KPI analysis
- Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking with results-oriented mindset
- Fluent German and English; French language skills are advantageous
- Empathetic, motivated, and entrepreneurial with comfort in both strategic and operational execution
Skills
Experience
Recent graduate with internship experience in luxury brands or beauty industry preferred. Candidates with demonstrated project management experience and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, or retail environments are particularly welcome.
Education
Completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
