Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise and build lasting relationships with an international, high-net-worth clientele in a luxury boutique environment.
- Achieve and contribute to store commercial targets through active selling and upselling.
- Apply and develop cross-selling techniques to maximise transaction value and client satisfaction.
- Communicate the heritage, values and product stories of the Maison to clients to deepen brand engagement.
- Create a differentiated, memorable client experience aligned with Maison standards and service protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+2 in a commercial/business field (e.g., BTS MUC, BTS NRC, DUT TC) or Bac+3 to Bac+5 in humanities, languages, art history or related disciplines.
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language is strongly advantageous.
- Demonstrated interpersonal maturity, strong service orientation and commercial drive; enthusiasm for luxury and brand culture.
- Available for a one-year alternance contract with the specified training/retail schedule and mobility within Paris or the greater Paris region.

Entry-level (débutant). Prior retail experience is not required; recent graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
Education
Bac+2 minimum in a commercial discipline or Bac+3–Bac+5 from a university in humanities, languages, art history or related fields.
