LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Regulatory Affairs Intern in Bangkok; support cosmetic notifications and regulatory compliance, Oct 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize product information and technical documentation required for cosmetic regulatory notifications
- Support submission of cosmetic product notifications to regulatory authorities and online portals, tracking status and following up on pending applications
- Maintain and update internal databases and trackers for product notifications, approvals, and regulatory correspondence
- Conduct first-line marketing claims review in accordance with regulatory authority guidelines and prohibited claim lists
- Liaise with brand teams to gather required product information for notification and marketing claim review purposes
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
- Ability to commit to full-time internship from October/November 2026 onwards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Beginner level; no prior professional regulatory affairs experience required.
Education
Undergraduate or recent graduate qualification in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand.
