LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is hiring a Regional Service Desk Intern in Singapore (hybrid). Full‑time internship Jun/Jul–Dec 2026 in IT support, reporting and knowledge management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the setup and operationalisation of a new regional IT service desk serving APAC markets, coordinating with local IT teams and central stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain reporting and KPI dashboards for market reviews, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of insights.
- Assist identification and localisation of knowledge base (KB) articles from AMER/EMEA and support global consistency of documentation.
- Analyse support tickets to identify patterns, trends and recurring issues; propose data-driven recommendations to improve service delivery.
- Review frequent incidents, identify root causes and contribute to creation and refinement of procedures and process documentation.
- Support new market roll-out activities including data preparation, documentation and consolidation of support activities across the 2026 roll-out schedule.
Qualifications
- Available to commit to a full‑time internship from June/July 2026 through December 2026.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving aptitude with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise with regional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organised, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Entry-level / beginner. No prior professional experience required; ideal candidate is currently enrolled in an undergraduate programme and seeks hands-on exposure to IT service operations, analytics and process improvement within a multinational environment.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
