LVMH Regional Information Security Manager (APAC)

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC rollout and local adoption of the global Beauty Tech Cybersecurity Policy, aligning regional priorities and roadmaps with the global Cybersecurity team.
• Contribute to the evolution of global cybersecurity policy, guidelines and controls; manage policy exceptions when required.
• Implement and monitor security controls and compliance metrics across regional and local IT environments; define new controls where gaps are identified.
• Establish and maintain a Security by Design process: perform security risk analyses on new projects and propose mitigation plans to project teams.
• Serve as the primary APAC liaison with the global CyberSOC for incident handling; coordinate regional remediation and follow-up until resolution.
• Organize and execute cybersecurity audits for critical projects and infrastructures; track and validate corrective action plans arising from audits.
• Promote cybersecurity culture through targeted communications, awareness campaigns and training programmes for regional and local teams.
• Partner with Legal, Data Privacy, business and local IT teams to ensure regulatory alignment and embed security requirements into business processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, information security or related IT security roles, with regional or cross-border exposure.
• Demonstrable experience in security governance, risk management, incident response and audit management.
• In-depth knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 2700X, PCI-DSS, CIS, NIST and OWASP.
• Hands-on familiarity with Windows and Linux systems, network security and cloud security architectures.
• Comfortable working in a matrix organisation with strong stakeholder management and communication skills; English required, additional APAC languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or ISO27001 Lead Auditor are desirable.

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity roles, including experience leading regional security programmes, security audits, incident response and liaising with SOC teams across multiple markets.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degrees or professional security certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
