LVMH Regional Finance Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent application of Group accounting policies and IFRS/local GAAP across the Asia Pacific entities and act as the regional technical accounting reference.
• Support and supervise local finance teams during monthly and quarterly closings; review and validate reporting packages including TB vs BS reconciliations, fixed asset files, COGS reconciliations and margin analysis.
• Perform comprehensive quarterly balance sheet reviews (AP/AR, accruals, provisions, advances/prepayments, bank reconciliations) and investigate significant variances or unusual movements.
• Coordinate statutory reporting and ensure compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements; oversee Transfer Pricing documentation and implementation in coordination with HQ Tax.
• Act as regional liaison with HQ, local finance teams, external auditors and tax advisors during statutory, tax and customs audits and drive timely resolution of audit findings.
• Lead regional finance transformation projects: process harmonisation, reporting automation and system enhancements in partnership with IT and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Design, strengthen and monitor internal control frameworks; identify control gaps and drive remediation plans to mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Legal, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to resolve operational finance issues and improve working capital and cash flow performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience with regional or multi‑country exposure.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, consolidation, statutory reporting and internal control frameworks.
• Prior experience with audits; Big Four background or multinational corporate finance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to lead and coach cross‑country finance teams.
• Strong analytical rigour, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex topics under tight deadlines.

Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including regional/multi‑country exposure; solid background in consolidation, statutory reporting, audits and internal control oversight. Big Four audit or multinational corporate experience preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. CPA or ACCA certification is an advantage.
