LVMH Beauty Mexico seeks Talent Acquisition Associate Manager in Mexico City. Lead recruitment across Corporate, Retail and Distribution Center teams on a hybrid, permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead recruitment priorities across Corporate, Retail/Point of Sale and Distribution Center populations
- Guide and develop the Talent Acquisition team to ensure service excellence, collaboration and delivery against recruitment objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition intake to offer acceptance, ensuring consistent execution and service standards
- Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, selection criteria and recruitment strategies
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for recurring, strategic and hard-to-fill roles
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including referrals, social media, universities, professional networks and external partners
- Promote standardized recruitment practices, structured interviewing and competency-based assessments
- Track recruitment KPIs, monitor hiring trends and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment effectiveness
- Ensure a premium and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives that strengthen LVMH Beauty's reputation as an employer of choice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven experience recruiting for Corporate, Retail and/or Operations populations
- Demonstrated coordination of recruitment teams and management of multiple concurrent searches
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping and recruitment analytics
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including recruitment for Corporate, Retail and/or Operations populations, coordination of recruitment teams, management of multiple searches in fast-paced environments, and partnership with HR and business leaders. Experience in the luxury, retail, beauty or consumer goods sectors is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field. Postgraduate studies are preferred.
