Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment of interns, apprentices, and seasonal staff, including evaluating needs with managers and crafting compelling job advertisements.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from application review to candidate integration, ensuring collaboration with mentors and managers.
  • Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics and dashboards.
  • Provide individual support to interns and apprentices to ensure their well-being and professional growth.
  • Facilitate community engagement through onboarding, networking, and internal events.
  • Cultivate relationships with target educational institutions to promote the brand.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies across social media and internal channels.
  • Collaborate with MH for specific requests and projects.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Master's program in Human Resources or Business School with a specialization in HR.
  • Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Skills

Strong analytical and communication skills. Service-oriented with a proactive approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal and writing abilities. Organizational and situational intelligence.

Experience

Entry-level experience in HR, with a preference for recruitment exposure.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
