Veuve Clicquot — Reims: Recruitment & HR Development Apprentice (alternance), two‑year apprenticeship managing intern recruitment, onboarding and campus relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for interns and apprentices: assess needs with hiring managers, write and publish compelling job postings, screen applications, conduct interviews and manage candidate communications through to onboarding.
- Coordinate integration and onboarding for selected candidates in collaboration with tutors and managers; ensure a smooth transition into operational teams.
- Monitor, maintain and optimise recruitment metrics and dashboards to inform continuous improvement.
- Provide individual follow-up for interns and apprentices to safeguard well-being, performance and professional development.
- Animate the early‑talent community through onboarding sessions, networking moments and internal events to strengthen engagement and retention.
- Develop and maintain relationships with target schools, colleges and lycées to promote the Maison and source candidates.
- Contribute to employer‑branding and communications: design social media content, develop training and information materials, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on specific requests.
- Liaise with all Maison departments to ensure alignment of recruitment, development and integration activities.
Qualifications
- Enrolling in or entering Master 1 or Master 2 in a university or business school with a specialisation in Human Resources.
- Prior successful internship or apprenticeship experience in an HR function; experience in recruitment is an advantage.
- Fluent in French and English (professional working proficiency in both languages).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable with electronic mail and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong sense of service, initiative and reactivity.
- Analytical rigour, organisational discipline, synthesis capability and intellectual curiosity.

Experience
Early‑career; candidates should be entering Master 1 or Master 2 and have at least one prior internship or apprenticeship within an HR function. Direct recruitment experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Education
Master 1 or Master 2 track in Human Resources, Business School or University with HR specialisation.

The successful candidate will be located in Reims, Grand Est, France.
