Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for real estate, facilities, and sustainability, optimizing administrative processes, record-keeping, and communication.
- Manage property-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective coordination across departments.
- Develop and manage budgets for all property projects and operations, implementing cost-saving strategies and ensuring financial accountability.
- Lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across properties, including managing environmental assessments and compliance with green building standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Construction, or Real Estate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate management, project financial oversight, and/or corporate sustainability roles.
