Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee continuous improvement projects from the executive roadmap, ensuring proper execution using formal project management methodology and team animation
• Apply standard quality tools and problem-solving frameworks including PDCA, 5M analysis, QQOQCP, and root cause analysis techniques
• Provide regular project progress updates through COPIL quality and operational excellence meetings, with adaptation of measures as needed
• Monitor measurable results against objectives and propose corrective actions to address deviations or performance drift
• Develop targeted initiatives and serve as a driver of continuous improvement proposals across the organization
• Support and mentor operational teams to ensure autonomous capability following project completion
• Ensure comprehensive documentation updates throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor regulatory compliance with BPF, cGMP (South Korea), hygiene standards, and other applicable quality regulations
• Contribute to quality performance improvement by collecting, analyzing, and compiling performance indicators into executive presentations
• Provide operational quality support and reinforce teams as required to meet activity demands

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with specialization in Quality or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a production environment or quality function
• Demonstrated proficiency with quality management tools (5 Why, 5M, QQOQCP, PDCA, etc.)
• Knowledge of BPF ISO 22716 standards
• Proven leadership capability and strong team collaboration skills
• Fluent in English (required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and SAP systems

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience within a production environment or quality service function, demonstrating hands-on familiarity with quality management systems and process improvement initiatives.

Education

Engineering degree with specialization in Quality or equivalent professional qualification.
