Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sourcing and category strategies across indirect categories (A&P, IDVM, Retail, IT, Logistics, Aftersales, HRGA, general expenses).
  • Plan and execute end‑to‑end sourcing projects (RFPs, supplier selection, negotiation and contracting) to deliver measurable cost savings and value creation.
  • Build robust business cases and influence senior stakeholders (CFO, COO, Brand GMs) to secure strategic procurement decisions.
  • Define and implement supplier strategies, manage supplier performance and develop long‑term partnerships with key vendors.
  • Drive vendor consolidation and enhance spend under management to increase procurement leverage.
  • Oversee procurement governance and optimize S2P processes (Ivalua) to ensure compliance, data integrity and scalable operations.
  • Define, track and report procurement KPIs (cost savings, spend under management, sourcing coverage, vendor consolidation, compliance).
  • Transition procurement toward a solution‑oriented business partner by proactively advising stakeholders and proposing value‑driven alternatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management — ideally covering indirect categories.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and value creation through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence at senior executive levels; experience partnering with finance and operational leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead RFPs, commercial negotiations and contract management.
  • Experience implementing or operating S2P/eProcurement platforms (experience with Ivalua is highly desirable).
  • Analytical aptitude for spend analysis, KPI design and data‑driven decision support.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional procurement certification is a plus.
