Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Legal) to capture requirements and align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Support the end-to-end procurement cycle for indirect categories with emphasis on merchandising and marketing (merchandising, point-of-sale, print, events, creative, communications).
- Assist in supplier identification, selection and onboarding; support negotiations and contract administration under Procurement team guidance.
- Prepare and analyse RFQs and RFPs, compile comparative bid analysis and support supplier evaluation.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, procurement records and contract repositories to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with LVMH Beauty standards and escalate non-conformances as required.
- Contribute to procurement improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects aimed at process efficiency and cost optimisation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree programme in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail and organisational discipline.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed and international environment.
- Proactive mindset with a demonstrable interest in procurement processes and the luxury beauty sector.

Experience
Beginner level — suitable for students or recent entrants to procurement. No specific professional experience is required; prior internships or project work in procurement or marketing are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
