LVMH Fragrance Brands, Levallois Perret: Purchasing Development Assistant on apprenticeship, supporting PLV procurement operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the project tracking database for the entire PLV procurement team
- Complete cost-avoidance and supplier attribution tracking tables
- Monitor supplier submissions through dedicated CSR data tools for PLV materials
- Input key project information into SAP ERP: product specifications, final pricing, and country of manufacture
- Collaborate with buyers and the quality department to monitor project quality standards
- Complete risk analysis tables for strategic projects in compliance with PLV quality specifications
- Support buyers in project development tracking, including validation of internal client proofs and transmission of feedback and corrections to suppliers
- Coordinate monitoring of SA8000 social audits in support of team activities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Procurement or related field
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfort with IT systems and tools
- Knowledge of SAP advantageous
- Ability to prioritize competing demands
