Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse and map the supplier panel across Houses and regions for dry goods and POSM; identify risks, opportunities and new supplier prospects in France and internationally.
- Conduct detailed sector and market analyses for primary and secondary packaging and maintain competitive market intelligence.
- Develop and implement procurement tools and best-practice processes aligned with Maison strategies and MH Global Sourcing governance.
- Perform benchmarking and knowledge-management activities to consolidate purchasing expertise across the portfolio.
- Manage supplier relationships, from qualification to performance follow-up, ensuring alignment with quality, sustainability and commercial objectives.
- Contribute to purchasing budgets and medium‑term sourcing plans for packaging; actively coordinate procurement activities with LVMH Group sourcing where required.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Maison lead buyers, MH Global Sourcing Owners, R&D, Logistics, Quality, Sustainability) and external suppliers on international projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or holding a Master 2 (MSc/Master) with a specialization in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering (business school, engineering school or university).
- Minimum six months of demonstrable purchasing experience within a large company; prior exposure to luxury goods or wines & spirits is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ARIBA, COGNOS and/or SAP is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, intellectual curiosity, integrity, initiative and ability to synthesise complex issues and work collaboratively.

Entry-level role requiring a minimum of six months’ purchasing experience within a large company; experience or familiarity with the luxury or wines & spirits sector is preferred.
Education
Master 2 (MSc/Master) in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering (business school, engineering school or university) or equivalent.
