LVMH Fragrance Brands — Levallois-Perret: Purchasing & POS Development Assistant (apprenticeship) supporting PLV procurement, SAP and supplier RSE tracking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the PLV project tracking database for the team of PLV purchasing and development project managers.
- Populate and reconcile cost-avoidance trackers and supplier allocation tables.
- Monitor supplier sustainability and CSR data through the dedicated PLV RSE data tool and escalate discrepancies.
- Enter and maintain key project data in the ERP (article records, final pricing, country of origin).
- Collaborate with buyers and quality teams to track and follow up on product quality issues.
- Complete risk-analysis matrices for strategic projects in compliance with the PLV quality specifications.
- Support buyers during development phases: coordinate client BAT validations and communicate corrective feedback to suppliers.
- Assist with the coordination and follow-up of SA8000 social audits in support of the procurement teams.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or candidate for a Master’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Procurement or equivalent.
- First professional experience or internship in a technical purchasing or development role preferred.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a strong plus.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise, and adapt in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, rigour, autonomy and a client-service mindset.

Entry-level; suitable for candidates with an initial internship or a first experience in a technical purchasing/development function and currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (alternance).
Education
Master’s degree programme in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field (enrolling or in-progress).
