Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in detailed design workshops for accounting process optimization across Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Master Data Management, and Travel & Expenses functions
• Support data migration activities and execute testing protocols for newly developed accounting solutions
• Monitor and track project action items and deliverables against established timelines
• Assist in deploying new accounting tools and platforms in collaboration with IT teams and external service providers
• Support change management initiatives across Holdings departments to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes

Qualifications

• Business or engineering school graduate with demonstrated interest in Finance and Information Systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively across departments
• Self-directed and rigorous approach to work with critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of accounting processes and financial systems architecture
• Fluency in French and English

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. The role is designed for recent graduates or students in their final year of studies.

Education

Business school or engineering school degree, or equivalent qualification in progress. Strong academic background in finance, accounting, or information systems preferred.
