LVMH Fragrance Brands: Production Supervisor – Packaging Operations in Vervins, France. Full-time CDI role overseeing packaging operations and a 60-person team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead packaging operations to ensure product availability while meeting safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards
- Manage and develop a team of 60 packaging operators, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Guarantee product quality compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene standards, and specific regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement performance within the factory's defined optimization framework toward operational excellence
- Maintain production planning in coordination with the planning department, ensuring service level targets and on-time delivery
- Pilot continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging workshop by managing daily SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) metrics and implementing lean methodologies (5S, TPM, SMED, zero-defect programs)
- Participate in unit budget management, including budget development, capital investment planning, and production cost standards
- Enforce environmental compliance and occupational health and safety protocols throughout the workshop
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of team management experience in a production environment
- Demonstrable proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Proven interpersonal and team-building capabilities

Minimum 5 years of team management experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
