LVMH Fragrance & Cosmetics seeks Production and Logistics Intern in Singapore (Pioneer). Support supply chain operations and process improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support assembly productivity improvement projects, including quotation validation and monthly productivity reviews with stakeholder presentations
- Map current production and back-office processes with 3PL partners and develop standardized Work Instructions to optimize team workflows
- Conduct data-driven analysis to assess and improve efficiency of charge hands and material handlers
- Assist in year-end closing period streamlining, including system and process recommendations and timeline restructuring
- Support evaluation and implementation of cloud-based Transportation Management System and spot buying platform
- Contribute to back-office process automation initiatives in logistics and production to reduce manual tasks
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data for reporting, tracking, and process monitoring
Qualifications
- Diploma qualification or higher, preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with data analytics tools preferred
- Prior internship or project experience in production, logistics, or supply chain advantageous

Beginner level; prior internship or project experience in production, logistics, or supply chain is advantageous but not required.
Education
Diploma qualification or higher, preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related fields.
